Business Run General Terms & Conditions

Koenen and Co Business Run Rules and Regulations

  1. Participation is open to companies and institutions (non-profit organisations including government and educational institutions), or logical parts of these companies or institutions (e.g. services, departments, faculties), hereinafter called “company” or “companies”.
  2. Each team is to participate in the Business Run under the name of the company it represents. If more teams participate on behalf of a company, they are to be distinguished from one another by adding a number tot the company name, starting with 1 and going up by 1 each time.
  3. A team consists of minimum three and maximum five people. Both employees and non-employees may be members of a team.
  4. The winner of the Business Run is the team with the best team score. The fastest three times per team determine the final score.
  5. A time registration system is used to work out the results of the Venloop. This means that every runner and, consequently, also every Business Run participant, carries a time registration system.
  6. Registrations take place via the following registration procedure.
  7. The registration procedure is as follows:
    Participating teams are to register as soon as possible via the Registration Form below (participants should not wait for the team to be “full" or for all the participants to be known).o After registration via the Registration Form, the team leader receives information about how the team members should register, an invoice for the registration fee and practical information about the Koenen and Co Business Run during and after the race.
    o The team members’ personal details and additional information (T-shirt, time registration system and the like) must be entered in the way stated in the information which the team leader receives.
    o Registration via this website closes on 26 February 2010.
    o The registration fee is to have been transferred before 21 March.
    o The Stichting Venloop (Venloop Foundation) may provide participants’ details* to third parties for the purpose of mailings, unless they have objections and inform the organisation of it in writing. Participants agree to it that their image may be used in print, on photo, film, video and the like for promotional purposes of the Venloop Foundation, without demanding any fee for it. (* by details is meant: Name, Address, Place, e-mail address).
  8. The Venloop’s ‘usual’ General Terms and Conditions for participation apply to all other matters.
  9. No time can be established of all participants who, for any reason whatsoever, take part without carrying the time registration system or do not carry it in the right manner. Their names will not occur in the result.Per distance, each participant can only represent one company team.
